Join us for Noche de Colegio, an event designed to connect Hispanic prospective students and their families with the endless opportunities available at JCCC.
This bilingual (English/Spanish) event offers a supportive space to learn about academic programs, admissions, financial aid, scholarships, and the many resources available to help students succeed. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with knowledgeable staff, ask questions, and gain clarity about the college journey in a relaxed, family-friendly environment.
Explore your options, meet campus representatives, and discover how college can be both achievable and affordable. Whether you’re just starting to think about college or getting ready to apply, Noche de Colegio is the perfect place to get informed, feel confident, and take your next step.
Pizza will be provided for attendees and guests.

- Who should attend this event?
This event is open to anyone interested in learning more about continuing their education at JCCC.
- Can parents or guardians attend? What about kids?
Absolutely! Parents, guardians, and family members are encouraged to attend. While we won't be offering childcare, we will have kid-friendly activities including games, puzzles, and arts and crafts to keep children entertained during the event.
- Will the event be offered in Spanish?
Yes! The event is designed to support Spanish-speaking families. Bilingual staff and Spanish-language resources will be available throughout the evening.
- Will food be provided?
Yes! We’ll be serving heavy appetizers and snacks throughout the evening.
- Can I tour campus during the event?
Campus tours will not be offered during Noche de Colegio, as this is an evening event. However, we offer campus tours weekly for prospective students wanting to explore campus. Information on how to sign up for a campus tour will be available at the event.
- Where do I park? Do I need a parking pass?
Parking is free on the JCCC campus. We'll email specific directions and parking recommendations the day before the event.
- What should I wear?
The event is casual and we'll be indoors - wear something you feel comfortable in.
- What if I need an accommodation?
If you or your guest(s) will need accommodations during your visit, please let us know by sending an email to admissions@jccc.edu outlining accommodation needs 3 business days before the event.
